Toyota has outperformed the European light vehicle market since the start of this year, with a particularly strong performance in Western Europe. In the January-June period the OEM sold 451,802 units in Europe for a 4.8% market share, putting it on track for its full-year target of 865,000+ vehicles. Automotive World spoke to Daniele Schillaci, Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing at Toyota Motor Europe, on the company's recent performance and future targets.
