Hyundai is moving ahead with plans to set up a light commercial vehicle (LCV) production venture in Turkey. The South Korean OEM has been hashing out the details of the proposal with Turkish manufacturer Karsan since 2011, and the two sides have now officially signed an agreement on the project.
