Tesla’s semi-automated driving technology is once again under scrutiny following a series of crashes in the US involving emergency response vehicles. It’s certainly not the first time that Autopilot has raised safety concerns, but the latest development could prompt a significant change in Tesla’s technology strategy as well as the country’s regulatory strategy.
