Automotive World is delighted to confirm Robert Stevens, Global Product Line Manager for Telematics, Delphi, as a speaker at Automotive Megatrends Europe 2014, which takes place at the Steigenberger Grandhotel in Brussels on 10 and 11 September 2014.
Robert Stevens began his automotive career with Snap-on Tools in California. He relocated to the UK in 2007 where he went on to become the National Franchise Manager for Snap-on Tools. In 2011, he became the Global Franchise Manager for Delphi overseeing the Delphi Service Centre Network. In early 2014, Stevens also took over responsibility for the global implementation of Delphi’s Telematics programme.
“Although there are a number of automotive conferences available, I believe that the focused agenda and targeted list of delegates at Automotive Megatrends Europe will prove an invaluable source of insight,” said Stevens. “There is a tendency to get caught-up in technical discussions without understanding the business case as it applies to the various individuals and businesses that will be involved in implementing and supporting the technology.
“Megatrends Europe is a unique opportunity to discuss both the technology and the associated business models for the automotive technology of tomorrow. The event will provides the opportunity to receive feedback from a remarkable cross-section of the automotive technology community.”
Organised by Automotive World, Automotive Megatrends Europe 2014 is a two-day, multi-stream conference focusing on Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Cars. Stevens is confirmed as a speaker on the Passenger Car day, 11 September, in the Connected Car stream.
