Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) opened its new truck test track in Oragadam, near Chennai on 18 March. Construction started in April 2009 and truck testing has already begun. The new test track, spread across 19 hectares, is located on the grounds of the DICV truck plant currently under construction
