BorgWarner has announced it has acquired Dytech ENSA SL, a producer of exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) coolers, EGR tubes, and integrated EGR modules including valves for automotive and commercial vehicle applications, both on- and off-road. Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
