A new Form 4 filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) shows that funds controlled by investor Carl Icahn took advantage of a steep fall in Navistar's share price on 7 June to acquire a further 883,200 common shares at US$24.44 per share in the truck OEM.
