Former Saab owner Spyker has announced plans to set up two new joint ventures with Chinese OEM Zhejiang Youngman Passenger Car Group. Under the proposal, Youngman will invest €10m (US$12.5m) in Spyker for a 29.9% stake in the company. The first €2.3m in funding will be paid within seven days
