According to a report in the Japanese business daily Nikkei, Japan’s government has decided to end a programme of incentives to encourage people to buy low-carbon vehicles as funds for the programme diminish.
The Nikkei said the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry “only” has ¥2.5bn (US$32m) left of the ¥274.7bn
