Automotive OEMs traditionally use the Geneva Motor Show to indicate the direction that their design and R&D divisions are taking, and the show is therefore known as one where a high proportion of stand space is occupied by concept cars. This year was no exception, with over 20 concepts on the bill. Some of those concepts are production-ready, others are 'blue sky' projects to gauge industry and public reaction.
