Carlos Tavares has been appointed Chairman of the Managing Board, effective 31 March 2014 as announced last 19 February.
The Peugeot S.A. Managing Board comprises Carlos Tavares, Chairman, Jean-Baptiste de Chatillon, Grégoire Olivier and Jean-Christophe Quémard.
The Supervisory Board commended the work of Philippe Varin who, in particularly difficult circumstances, helped to lay the foundations for PSA Peugeot Citroën’s recovery. From 1 April, Philippe Varin will serve as Group temporary advisor to support implementation of the agreements signed with the French State and Dongfeng Motor Group.
