TME’s Schillaci on ‘holding up’ during market downturn

Automotive World speaks to Daniele Schillaci, TME Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing, on Toyota's European aims.

Toyota has outperformed the European light vehicle market since the start of this year, with a particularly strong performance in Western Europe. In the January-June period the OEM sold 451,802 units in Europe for a 4.8% market share, putting it on track for its full-year target of 865,000+ vehicles. Automotive World spoke to Daniele Schillaci, Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing at Toyota Motor Europe, on the company's recent performance and future targets.
