Diesel disarray requires vigilant enforcement of air pollution laws, says ICCT

The EPA's reaction to VW's diesel defeat device could spark a change to test cycles

Back in 2013, the International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT) worked with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the California Air Resources Board (CARB) in a test facility based in West Virginia University. The aim of the collaboration was to evaluate real-world operating emissions from light-duty vehicles in the US.
