Kunal Sharma, Country Manager, Jacobs Vehicle Systems, has been confirmed as a speaker in the road freight efficiency track at Automotive Megatrends India 2015.
Sharma has been Country Manager for Jacobs Vehicle Systems for the last three years. His current responsibilities include marketing, business development and product development.
Sharma previously worked at DurrEcoclean, where he managed sales, services and projects for cleaning, filtration and automation systems to OEMs around the country. He was closely associated with projects at Ford’s engine plant in Chennai, Tata Cummins in Phaltan for ISB and ISL engines, Craftsmans’ Daimler engine line at Coimbatore and many other brownfield projects.
He has also worked for Tata, where he managed the supply, installation, commissioning and handover, end-to-end, of the first industrial diesel generator power plant (3.5 MW) in Kabul, Afghanistan.
Automotive Megatrends India is a two-day, multiple-track conference focusing on commercial vehicles and passenger cars. The panel on day one will cover the key megatrends which look set to shape the country’s commercial vehicle industry over the next ten years and beyond.
