The latest accusations of possible US diesel emission rules cheating by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) include class action lawsuits that cite the involvement of Cummins as an engine supplier. Its 6.7-litre ISB engine powers FCA’s heavier Ram pick-up range.

Cummins has strenuously denied any wrongdoing.
