Hitachi Consulting, a subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd (TSE: 6501), and leading provider of consulting-led solutions and services, has appointed Jason Durham to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Hitachi Consulting. In this capacity, he will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects and the company and will report directly to Hicham Abdessamad, president and CEO.
Jason joined Hitachi Consulting in October 2015, and has played several key roles at the company, including Vice President, Finance Operations for the Americas where he was responsible for all financial functions across the region. In his most recent role, Jason served as the Vice President of Global Finance where he was responsible for all regions and global finance functions.

Prior to Hitachi Consulting, Jason developed broad global experience at top technology companies such as Perot Systems, Dell and McAfee. Most recently he was a Senior Director for McAfee where he was responsible for Corporate and Americas finance functions. Prior to McAfee, Jason served in a variety of finance leadership roles at Dell including Director of Corporate Reporting for Dell Corporation and Director of Global Finance Operations and International Controller for Dell Services, formally Perot Systems.
Jason earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from The University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
