Porsche will use three drive technologies in the future: highly emotive petrol engines, powerful plug-in hybrids and – from now on – also all-electric drives. This product strategy is reflected in the eight new models that the sports car manufacturer will be presenting at the 68th International Motor Show (IAA) from 12 to 22 September, 2019.
The focus at the IAA will be on the brand’s first all-electric sports car: the Taycan as a Turbo and Turbo S. Further highlights at the motor show include three new hybrid models in the Cayenne series, the new Macan Turbo and the 911 Carrera as a Coupé and Cabriolet. In addition, Porsche will also present the vehicle with which the company will enter the ABB FIA Formula E Championship in November: the Porsche 99X Electric.
The Porsche press conference will take place on Tuesday, 10 September at 11:15 am (CEST) at the Porsche exhibition stand in Hall 3.0, stand A12. A live broadcast will be available to view on Porsche NewsTV in English and German and here in the Porsche Newsroom.
