FCA Bank, a 50/50 joint venture between Stellantis and Crédit Agricole, announces that it has been chosen with FCA Capital as the new financial partner in Sweden of Bergé Auto, a strong and looking forward automotive distribution and mobility services group. The agreement follows the Bergé Auto’s acquisition of the shares in FCA Sweden AB, a firm owned by Stellantis. In addition to supporting the transaction, FCA Bank will assist Bergé Auto’s growth in Sweden through its financial services to facilitate car sales.
Bergé Auto has an established relationship with Stellantis, particularly in the LATAM region (Latin America) and, from 2019, also in Finland. Bergé Auto is a major player in the automotive sector, with a presence in 14 countries to distribute 29 car brands with a strong position in LATAM and Europe.
Giacomo Carelli, CEO FCA Bank and Chairman Leasys, said: “We are proud of the trust that Bergé Auto has placed in us. It is a demonstration and a sign that we have worked well over the years in Sweden, something we want to continue to do alongside this new partner, with the aim of continuing to grow”.
