UK extends £25,000 e-truck discount scheme through 2026

In a move intended to further the decarbonisation of UK transportation, the government has extended its grant scheme for private and commercial electric vehicles through April 2026. This follows a prior extension of the scheme, which saw e-trucks weighing over 4.3 tonnes eligible for discounts of up to £25,000 (US$32,930).
