5G critical for AV deployment as rollout accelerates

Autonomous driving is a complex undertaking, and one considered nigh-on impossible without the latency and bandwidth capacity of 5G cellular networks. Without them, it will be incredibly challenging to sufficiently inform an autonomous vehicle’s driving algorithms and indeed the wider mobility ecosystem.
