Navistar has announced five changes in its US dealer network that it asserts will significantly strengthen its existing distribution and service capabilities. The changes encompass the combination of several dealerships in southern Georgia and West Virginia, a pending ownership change in Utah/Idaho and the addition of new dealers in Arizona
