DHL Supply Chain will trial an 18-tonne hybrid distribution truck from Volvo for a period of two years. The vehicle will operate in an around London with several DHL customers.
It is powered by an electric motor and a diesel engine, offering fuel savings of up to 15% compared to conventionally powered vehicles.
