The US Department of Defense has awarded Caterpillar a long-term contract worth up to US$641.2m. Under the deal, Caterpillar will produce 621G wheeled tractor scrapers for the Department of Defense at its facility in Decatur, Illinois. They will support the US Marine Corps and the US Army in construction engineering
