New commercial vehicle registrations in the EU rose 13.7% year-on-year in September to 171,281 units, according to data compiled by the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (ACEA). September figures bring year-to-date sales to 1,300,429 units, up 6%.
Van sales (light CVs up to 3.5t) rose 14.6% last month to 141,713 units. Italy
