Switzerland: Garmin to acquire Navigon

Garmin has announced that it has signed an agreement for a subsidiary of the company to acquire privately-held navigation provider Navigon. Once relevant regulatory approvals are secured and other customary closing conditions satisfied, Navigon will operate as a subsidiary of Garmin.
