Russia: Renault-Nissan finalising AvtoVAZ deal

The Renault-Nissan Alliance reportedly hopes to finalise an agreement to acquire control of Russian partner AvtoVAZ by the end of July. Renault acquired a 25% stake in AvtoVAZ in 2008.
