China: Kandi Technologies signs battery swap deal

Kandi Technologies, a NASDAQ-listed Chinese supplier of off-road vehicles and EV developer, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hangzhou Electric Vehicle Service, effective from 5 July.
