Green Automotive Company announced on 29 June that it had signed an agreement to acquire Liberty Electric Cars, an electric vehicle design, engineering and manufacturing company best known for a Liberty E-Range technology demonstrator Range Rover conversion.
Green Automotive will purchase all of the issued and outstanding stock of Liberty Electric
