But for Kevin Czinger, Chief Executive of technology company Divergent 3D, the benefits could reach far beyond cost savings. Additive manufacturing, he suggests, could prove a key ingredient in creating a greener, more sustainable platform to make cars, and in turn help mitigate the potentially devastating consequences of global warming.
