When it comes to choosing a car, new autonomous emergency-braking (AEB) technology can cut the cost of insurance, according to a survey of 1,000 quotes carried out for UK-based research company Thatcham Research. This research highlights that as well as the benefits of increased passenger safety, AEB also reduces the impact on the end user’s wallet.
