Are all automakers doing enough to tackle climate change?

Some automakers are proving exemplary in their efforts to decarbonise; others may potentially be hindering progress. By Xavier Boucherat

With most automakers vocal on their supposed green credentials, it might be reasonable to assume the industry as a whole is moving in a singular direction to decarbonise and clean up their operations. This is far from the case: some are pushing ahead forcefully with multi-billion dollar investments in electrification and the products to prove it. Others may be hindering efforts to tackle climate change.
