For a number of years, Delphi has operated under a slogan representing the three key trends it sees shaping the automotive industry: Safe, Green and Connected. Those megatrends were identified as separate trends at the start of the current decade, but they have since converged, says Chris Preuss, Delphi’s Senior Vice President for Marketing and Communications. “Connectivity is enabling a whole world of possibilities in terms of safety and automation,” he says, “but it’s going to start having an influence in the CO2 reduction sphere too.”
