It has been reported that a collision in Florida involving a Tesla Model S with Autopilot activated has led to a fatality. The Model S owner crashed into an 18-wheel truck and trailer, as a result, reportedly, of the semi-autonomous system being unable to distinguish between the white paint of the truck and a bright skyline.
