The California Air Resources Board (CARB) and US Environmental Protection Agency recently issue a notice of violation (NOV) to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), suggesting that the OEM had breached the Clean Air Act – a law that regulates emissions from stationary and mobile sources.
