Whatever the outcome of COP21, the event will be remembered for the prominent role played by India's Prime Minster, Narendra Modi. Putting India centre stage at the Paris climate change talks, and speaking on behalf of the world's developing nations, Modi called on the rich world to take greater responsibility for climate change.
