COMMENT: Connected car or connected highway: which comes first?

Noted industry analyst Gartner is predicting that more than a quarter of a billion connected cars - around one in five vehicles worldwide - will be on the road by 2020.

For connected cars to truly be effective, ‘connected highways’ must also become a reality. The resulting ecosystem will make roadways safer and more efficient for all motorists.
