Connectivity tech could address India’s 2W/3W safety issues

A collaboration between Qualcomm and Valeo aims to provide increased connectivity and safety to India’s two- and three-wheelers. By Lee Monks

According to a World Economic Forum report from November 2022, India possesses the world’s largest share of two- and three-wheelers. However, Indian roads are increasingly dangerous. Deaths caused by two-wheeler accidents rose by 8% in 2022, accounting for 44% of all road fatalities, according to The Times of India.
