Could more robust tests make diesel clean again?

While the impact of vehicle emissions on global greenhouse emissions is well known, a key talking point is perhaps slipping under the industry’s radar: the impact of vehicular emissions on public health.

While many bustling urban hubs are becoming used to increasing levels of air pollution and smog, the number of people who are suffering serious health problems that have been directly correlated with rising air pollution is staggering, as Julia Poliscanova, Clean Vehicles and Air Quality Manager at Transport and Environment (T&E), explained.
