The approach that Donald Trump’s incoming second administration will take towards electric vehicles (EVs) is becoming increasingly clear. On 11 November 2024, the president-elect announced his appointment for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA): former New York Republican congressman Lee Zeldin.
