In 2014, Renault's Dacia subsidiary posted its best ever annual sales figures, at 511,465 units, crossing the half-million-mark for the first time in its history. The OEM's sales were 19% higher than what it managed in 2013. The bulk of its sales came from overseas markets, totalling 481,840 units.
