Dealers turn to tech investments to enhance customer service

The future of automotive retail won't be about traditional competition between dealers but about moving quickly to adopt the new ways of selling

Automotive retailers are investing heavily in new technology in response to rising car sales and changing consumer needs. Recent research from information management specialist EDM Group reveals that two-thirds (64%) of the car dealers it surveyed expect their industry to invest heavily in technology to help deal with the continued growth in car sales.
