Diesel still has ‘long legs’ in the US, believes lobby group

With promising signs from both vehicle manufacturers and consumers, the Diesel Technology Forum is bullish on the outlook for diesel passenger car sales in future. By Freddie Holmes

Today’s diesel engines are a far cry from those of a decade or so ago, and the US Diesel Technology Forum believes these systems still have a long way to go in the US, despite negative branding.
