The first fatal accident involving an autonomous vehicle (AV) could be closely followed by the first personal injury lawsuit. Arizona-based law firm Bellah Perez confirmed it is representing the daughter of the woman killed by an Uber vehicle operating in self-driving mode. The accident, which took place in Tempe, Arizona, is currently under investigation.
