Flexible architectures and cooperation key to rapid fuel cell truck development

In the three years since it was established, Nikola has made a notable impact on the truck industry. In a sector where, ten years ago—and even to some degree now—opting for anything other than diesel was seen as a bold choice, the progress made on fuel cell technology has shown that diesel’s days of truck industry dominance are numbered. But, at this still early stage in the development of hydrogen power technology, exactly how far fuel cell can be pushed is yet to be seen.
