Ford app takes advantage of the aftermarket opportunity

Ford has recently announced the introduction of a new service app which is designed to benefit drivers of Ford vehicles across the UK and Europe

Aftersales care represents not only a requirement of consumers but an opportunity for OEMs to continue a relationship with those consumers even after they have left the dealership. This relationship can be further nurtured through the increasing connectivity of the car, allowing OEMs to attach and embed consumer services to their vehicles to meet their consumers’ connected car demands.
