General Motors and Honda recently announced the formation of a new company that will develop and produce an advanced hydrogen fuel cell system to be used in future models from each company. The founding of the company Fuel Cell System Manufacturing marks the automotive industry’s first manufacturing joint venture (JV) for mass-produced fuel cell vehicles (FCVs).
