Urban mobility has transformed drastically over the last century. With today’s vehicles in many major capitals still operating on roads initially designed for the horse and cart, it is unsurprising to see many city centres struggling to cope with the demands of future mobility. For almost any city this a huge worry, but for those tasked with getting commuters from A to B in the German capital, that challenge presents itself on a much larger scale.
