As cars become increasingly intelligent, the driver is subjected to higher levels of in-vehicle information than ever before. Previously, information has been provided in the form of warning lights and chimes. However, Artur Seidel, Vice President of Elektrobit Automotive Americas, believes that human machine-interface (HMI) is the key to effective communication between vehicle and driver moving forward.
