Yanfeng Global Automotive Interiors (YFAI) hit the market in July 2015, and immediately became the market leading supplier of automotive interiors. Headquartered in Shanghai, the company is a joint venture (JV) between Yanfeng Automotive Trim Systems, which holds a 70% share, and US supplier Johnson Controls, which holds 30%.
Automotive World spoke to Johannes Roters, Chief Executive, Yanfeng Global Automotive Interiors, to understand more about his long-term vision for the company and the challenges faced since coming to the role.
