In July 2016, the Automotive Information Sharing and Analysis Center (Auto-ISAC) outlined a number of guidelines for the industry to follow in the pursuit of secure connected vehicles. Dubbed ‘best practices’, the document detailed seven steps for stakeholders in the connected and autonomous car of tomorrow to adhere to.

Jonathan Allen, Principal at technology consultancy Booz Allen, and Acting Director of the Auto-ISAC, spoke to Automotive World about the changing face of automotive cyber security.
